At Welig, we carefully prepare and pack every order with love and attention to detail. Please read our shipping policy below so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Our daily order cut-off time is 13:00.
Orders placed before 13:00 will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 13:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
Handling Time
Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days.
This allows us time to prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the courier. As Welig products are handmade and carefully packed, we do our best to ensure every order leaves us in excellent condition.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is usually 3–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Your delivery address
- Outlying or remote areas
- Courier schedules
- Public holidays
- Weather, strikes, delays, or other circumstances outside our control
While we do our best to dispatch orders quickly, courier delays can sometimes happen and are unfortunately outside of Welig’s control.
Courier Partners
We use The Courier Guy and other trusted courier partners to deliver orders safely across South Africa.
The courier partner used for your order may depend on your location, parcel size, courier availability, and the most suitable delivery option at the time of dispatch.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within South Africa.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. Welig cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details where available.
You can use the tracking information to follow your parcel’s delivery progress directly with the courier.

Please ensure that the following details are correct when placing your order:
- Full name
- Delivery address
- Contact number
- Email address
- Any special delivery instructions, if needed
The courier may use your contact number to arrange or confirm delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, additional delivery fees may apply.
If your parcel is returned to Welig, we will contact you to arrange resending the order. Any additional courier costs will be for the customer’s account, unless the failed delivery was due to an error on our side.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at:
